Doctor Recruiting Supervisor - Denver Area

The Doctor Recruiting Supervisor will lead and mentor a team of Recruiters, ensuring skill mastery in the areas of candidate assessment, development of talent pipelines, and exceptional client relations.  A natural leader, this strategist and relationship builder will be driving the business partner relationships throughout their assigned geographic region by maintaining an intimate awareness of the region’s top priorities, challenges, and most impactful positioning elements. 


Utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels of the organization, this individual will support ongoing initiatives within the department and their respective region while continuously striving for self-improvement to achieve and exceed benchmarks.


The ideal candidate will have a proven record of excelling in a fast-paced environment that is metric-driven, recruiting professional/executive level positions, refined public speaking skills, and an established skillset in candidate development strategies.   


Key responsibilities include:  

  • Mentor, train and develop a team of recruiting professionals.
  • Create, monitor and continuously refine recruitment strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Be an active member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team, spearheading initiatives, leading change management efforts and driving best practices across the department.
  • Build effective partnerships with field operations and supported doctors.
  • Plan and develop standard operating procedures for sourcing activities
  • Travel to support client meetings, interviews, and presenting at industry or school events as needed (day and overnight).


Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 1 year of recruiting experience; OR an associate degree and not less than 3 years of recruiting experience and 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years of recruiting experience and not less than 2 years of supervisory experience;
  • Proficiency in assessing industry landscape to improve competitive positioning throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proven experience and success analyzing recruitment needs, formulating strategy to meet needs and implementing related plans.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of business and or healthcare as typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing or related field.
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process (iCIMS is preferred)
  • Recruiting experience in a healthcare or staffing agency setting is highly preferred
  • Experience leading a team through aggressive organizational growth
