To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work closely with the team of Regional Marketing Strategists, reporting to the Manager of Patient Marketing.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Recommend the most cost-effective marketing strategies from concept creation through to execution and evaluation for 55 dental offices
  • Analyze relevant metrics, such as new patient flow, patient acquisition cost, patient re-appoint, schedule access, marketing spend, and more to provide recommendations and continually revise campaign strategy
  • Recommend the right marketing channel mix to doctors and field operations teams by improving total patient visits
  • Conduct competitive analysis in the marketplace; report and apply findings and insights
  • Direct the in-house graphic design team and vendors to develop marketing materials and campaigns; including overseeing production, the proofing and approval process and distribution
  • Provide marketing expertise and recommendations to the dental offices to help them achieve success, be a real-time problem solver
  • Manage supported offices’ marketing budgets while improving value
  • Provide administrative oversight of all marketing campaigns by validating legal compliance, reviewing all print and digital ads for accurate information, providing communications to key partners, and documenting approvals
  • Establish and foster two-way communication, teamwork and coordination with Field Operations teams and Doctors to ensure shared success
  • Provide weekly, documented program status updates; including timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and open issues
  • Audit marketing campaigns against established goals and objectives and share results with key partners
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to provide marketing services
  • Advise admin and doctors on the latest marketing industry trends

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field
  • Superior communication skills- verbal, written, listening
  • Results oriented, passionate about identifying, prioritizing and delivering on objectives using sound business practices
  • Creative thinker with a preference for working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
  • Creative problem solver, able to navigate complex situations
  • Basic understanding of business and financial models
  • Ability to travel as needed

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of social media tools and digital platforms
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to inform and influence at all levels
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
