In this position, you would report to the Manager of Patient Marketing.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Supervise a team of 2-4 marketing individuals by onboarding, providing daily coaching, administering performance evaluations and delegating projects and tasks
  • Provide marketing expertise and recommendations to the marketing team and the dental offices to help them achieve success, be a real-time problem solver
  • Manage vendor partnerships by negotiating contracts, integrating the platform and system into everyday practice, and evaluating results
  • Establish partnerships with Field Operations teams, Doctors and Home Office departments to ensure shared success
  • Formulate the most cost-effective marketing plans to attract, engage and retain patients, from concept creation through to execution and evaluation for 20-35 dental offices
  • Review critical metrics, such as new patient flow, patient acquisition cost, patient re-appoint, schedule access, marketing spend, etc. to determine appropriate marketing channel mix
  • Conduct competitive analysis in the marketplace; report and apply findings and insights
  • Collaborate with in-house graphic design team and vendors to develop marketing materials and campaigns; including leading production, the proofing and approval process and distribution
  • Manage and maintain established marketing budget while maximizing value
  • Provide administrative oversight of all marketing campaigns by validating legal compliance, reviewing all print and digital ads for accurate information, providing communications to key partners, and documenting approvals
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns against established goals and objectives and share results with key partners
  • Integrate marketing projects/initiatives that have been jointly developed by Marketing team
  • Ensure all assigned projects are completed on-time with high quality
  • Assist with development and tracking of effectiveness metrics
  • Stay ahead of and contribute to practice competition and markets. Identify marketing opportunities within targeted segments

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field
  • 5 years marketing or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating complex concepts clearly and simply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative thinker with a preference for working in a fast paced, hands-on environment
  • Innovative problem solver, navigating complex situations
  • Basic understanding of business and financial models
  • Ability to travel as needed

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the dentistry or healthcare fields
  • Experience leading the direction of others
  • Familiar with social media tools and digital platforms
  • Skilled communicator, able to inform and influence at all levels
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Desire to grow and develop a group of passionate, positive marketing employees
  • Able to lead and guide conversations with internal team and cross functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing technology, marketing analytics, social media, mobile tools/platforms and marketing automation.
  • Experience developing and managing marketing budgets to achieve optimal return on investment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
  • Excellent follow-up and initiative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
