Director, Digital Markeintg – Patient Marketing

If so, we should talk, as we at Heartland Dental are looking for energetic Director of Digital Marketing to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company.  You should be a self-starter with outstanding project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Designing and managing strategy and execution for digital marketing, lead generation and engagement, including content marketing, digital advertising, organic search, paid search, social media and website
  • Executing tactics for building traffic and growing supporter base through online media and SEO
  • Overseeing key digital communication channels (blog, email and other online content), leading efforts to produce relevant and engaging communications that result in measurable action
  • Leading digital support efforts for other departments and encourage strong collaboration and teamwork to execute cross-departmental initiatives
  • Developing and managing the digital budget, providing monthly and quarterly reports as required
  • Managing hosting service providers and website
  • Demonstrating creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and resourcefulness in leading team to meet ambitious growth goals

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years directly related, progressively responsible work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with hands-on digital marketing with a for-profit business, non-profit organization or with an agency
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Experience and success developing and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience in online advertising and online acquisition campaigns required
  • Experience with HTML, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Applications required

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-growth industry
  • Building a digital marketing strategy from the ground up
