To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work closely with the team of Regional Marketing Strategists, reporting to the Manager of Patient Marketing.



Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Recommend and manage the most cost-effective marketing strategies from concept creation through to execution and evaluation for 55 dental offices
  • Analyze relevant metrics, such as new patient flow, patient acquisition cost, patient re-appoint, schedule access, marketing spend, and more to provide recommendations and continually revise campaign strategy
  • Research markets to identify new opportunities and strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Recommend the right marketing channel mix to doctors and field operations teams by improving total patient visits
  • Provide marketing expertise and recommendations to the dental offices to help them achieve success, be a real-time problem solver
  • Audit marketing campaigns against established goals and objectives and share results with key partners
  • Manage marketing vendor relationships
  • Work with legal department to ensure alignment and negotiate, finalize and execute marketing vendor contracts
  • Special projects as assigned



Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field, or Associates Degree in related field with 1+ years of experience, or 2-3+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Superior communication skills- verbal, written, listening
  • Results oriented, passionate about identifying, prioritizing and delivering on objectives using sound business practices
  • Creative thinker with a preference for working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
  • Creative problem solver, able to navigate complex situations
  • Basic understanding of business and financial models
  • Ability to travel as needed

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of social media tools and digital platforms
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to inform and influence at all levels
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
