Training Developer (Clear Aligner & Scanner Technology) – Education

Indianapolis, IN

Are you on the hunt for MORE out of a career – more flexibility, more variety, more travel opportunities? Heartland Dental has created a position just for YOU! This unique opportunity combines work-from-home and a moderate travel itinerary while interfacing with our supported offices across 35 states.

We’re seeking an innovative, imaginative, and creative individual to design and develop specific learning and practicing content focused on Clear Aligner and Scanner technology. Clear Aligners are a very popular alternative to traditional braces, designed to control tooth movement, and help guide teeth into their proper position. The scanner technology allows for a digital workflow in the supported office by enhancing the digital records of a patient. The real time visualization of the teeth with the scanner technology helps improve patient experiences and compliments the clear aligner therapy by taking precise records and enhancing the outcome of treatment.

The Clear Aligner & Scanner Training Developer position will focus on creating engaging content for team members at all levels to ensure team members are acquiring the knowledge, skill and understanding needed to be a world class team member.  In partnership with an Instructional Designer, this position will help share a vision and product that will propel the learner forward.

Heartland Dental proudly supports 850+ dental offices and more than 10,000 team members across the country. We are hard-working, fun-loving and fast-growing – looking for our next perfect fit!
