    Align Program Director (Clear Aligners) – Patient Marketing

     

    We are looking for an energetic, self-starter with outstanding project management, collaboration, and leadership skills. Responsibilities encompass developing the strategic plan and assisting our supported doctors with driving implementation for growth of the Invisalign® business with margin improvement. Align is the technology company behind Invisalign® and the iTero Element digital scanner.

     

    To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with 2 direct reports and lead the cross functional working group, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.

    Responsibilities

    Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:  

    • Collaboratively develop the strategic plan and identify market opportunities and risks through utilization of internal and external data, subject matter experts, and patient and doctor input.
    • Bring all functions of the business that touch the product together to execute the strategic plan. Ensuring alignment of diverse functions.
    • Research, build, utilize, and benchmark internal and external data to make program decisions and build strategic plan.
    • Center of the overall Align relationship.
    • Responsible for all C-suite reporting and communication including volumes, margin, pricing, etc.
    • Create strong internal communication plan that will provide the supported doctors with the benefits of the Align relationship, thus helping them to increase volumes and margins.
    • Manage program budget.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as technology, business, marketing, economics, or other related field.
    • 2-4 years cross functional team management experience.
    • Experience and success developing and implementing integrated strategic plans with measurable results.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in related field.
    • 5-7 years of Product/Program Management experience
    • Recent experience in healthcare market
    • Understanding of legal and regulatory environment in dental promotions, dental industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.
