Recruitment Marketing Strategist - Special Markets, Marketing

We’re seeking a highly strategic individual to build Heartland Dental’s local level lead generation strategy through the creation of nurturing, digital and print campaigns. This individual will have the responsibility of driving a measurable interest in the company’s priority talent positions and acquisition growth market areas to help meet our goal of nearly tripling our footprint over the next 7 years.

The Recruitment Marketing Strategist will be in charge of executing regionally based campaigns to recruitment and acquisition target audiences, inspiring interest and motivating action to join our network. You’ll be relied on to increase our brand reach to niche markets that could have big impacts for our substantial growth goals. Eagerness to build campaigns from the ground up as well as an ability to think outside the box is a must. You’ll join a team of creatives that thrive on small group brainstorms and big picture thinking. Being comfortable as part of a team is important, but we’re also looking for someone who trusts their gut and can act independently to move campaigns forward quickly.

To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work closely with all of the Corporate Communications and Brand Management team, reporting to the Manager of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding. You’ll also act as an extension of the Talent Acquisition and Affiliation teams.

Heartland Dental proudly supports 850+ dental offices and more than 10,000 team members across the country. We are hard-working, fun-loving and fast-growing – looking for our next perfect fit!
