    Heartland Dental is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to manage the infrastructure  and systems for Heartland's dental offices.

     

    In addition to exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ideal applicant will lead in a positive, yet productive way.  He or she must have the ability to thrive under pressure and work well with others. 

     

    This position reports to IT Architecture and Security.

    Responsibilities

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist in Service Transition
    • Assist in Dental Office Service Operations
    • Assist in Continual Service Improvement
    • Assist with Security team to improve all aspects of security at offices
    • Analyze logs for office systems
    • Develop Powershell Knowledge and Automate tasks
    • Develop comprehensive asset management tracking
    • Upgrade Microsoft server operating systems
    • Achieve expertise in Microsoft and storage solutions
    • Aid with desktop and server hardening

    Qualifications

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Ability to Prioritize with good time management skills
    • Knowledge of Powershell or other scripting languages
    • Knowledge of active Directory and storage systems
    • Ability to handle complex technical troubleshooting and design
    • Problem-solving

    **Associate Degree or above preferred but not required
