Strategic Initiatives (SI) team is a dedicated internal consulting group with a mandate to lead critical strategic transformation eﬀorts focused on the company’s most critical and impactful needs. The Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for delivering on initiatives defined by the EVP of Strategy & Development, CEO and Board focused on both long-term strategic questions and high impact initiatives.
Heartland Dental is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead internal client projects, manage project teams, coach junior colleagues, and take responsibility for initiatives Heartland is embarking on given its significant growth trajectory amid the structural shift in the US dental industry. You will work within the Strategic Initiatives Department, reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives. The Strategic Initiatives team follows a hypothesis-driven, fact-based approach to solve critical business problems.

The Strategic Initiatives Manager works closely with leaders and key internal stakeholders to drive key strategic initiatives and programs critical for the success of the company.
The Strategic Initiatives Manager will focus on framing strategic options, sizing and developing action plans to realize value. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing solutions and working closely with other Heartland departments/functions to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. You will build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true partnership across the company.
