As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for recruiting field operations (Practice Manager of Operations and Regional Manager of Operations positions. You’ll create phenomenal candidate experiences through communicating authentically in a timely manner. Our team of recruiters serve a significant role and you will partner closely with departments and the entire recruiting team to support our mutual goal of sharing outstanding career opportunities. You should excel at sourcing candidates and be proficient with recruitment technology and tools.

    This position reports to the Supervisor of Corporate & Field Operations Recruiting.


    Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

    • Support the full-cycle recruitment process from first contact to offer

    • Provide an engaging process for candidates and hiring managers

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing world-class support to hiring managers located in the field

    • Administering appropriate company assessments

    • Making recommendations to company hiring managers

    • Develop and deploy recruiting strategies tailored for each requisition, targeting all disciplines and levels of talent; entry to executive level

    • Sharing the passion, mission and vision that are core to Heartland Dental’s value proposition; a true brand representative

    • Manage requisitions and candidates in applicant tracking system (iCIMS)

    • Use technology to attract, identify and connect with top talent

    • Coordinate and/or attend career fairs and internal recruiting events

    • Join and contribute at regular team and department meetings

    • Support recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; finding opportunities for improvements


    Minimum Requirements

    • Completion of one of the following: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience OR associate degree and not less than 5 years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience

    • The ability to create a strong, collaborative, and supportive partnership with other recruiters, sourcers, recruiting business partners and hiring managers

    • Excellent communication and people skills

    • Well organized, accurate and an eye for detail

    • Capacity to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks

    • High level of maturity, initiative and judgment

    • Naturally curious, and constantly looking for ways to improve processes

    • Ability to work in dynamic and changing environment

    • Fun and passionate about learning more about Recruiting

    • Ability to travel multiple times per month, sometimes on short notice

    • Ability to work productively in a suitable remote-work setting

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), iCIMS preferred

    • Experience in high-volume recruiting and/or sourcing 

    • Experience with a Dental Service Organization, group practice or with a dental equipment or supply company
