    Conversion Integration Project Manager

    The Conversion Integration Project Manager will provide training and support to affiliated Heartland Dental offices as they convert to company standard software (Dentrix) as well as supporting the company systems and partnership/support of operations management team.

    To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work with IT field technicians and with Dental teams reporting to the Client Services Manager.

    Responsibilities

    Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

    • Partner with the Client Services Department on a wide variety of projects and tasks relating to practice management systems conversions.
    • Create and utilize a consistent format, guidelines, and forms for all conversion processes
    • Develop and implement a customized training program for each office (when, where, and how to train based on the team’s experience and how they use their PMS)
    • Develop and implement continual improvements on the presentation of office conversion trainings and partner with the Education department to ensure consistent message
    • Execute and maintain Heartland systems during conversion process and implementation as directed by operations management
    • Works closely with operation management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention while in offices
    • Develop an ROI/metric system to record success of support offices after conversion
    • Ensure timely and effective communication between offices/operations before, during, and post conversion

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Weekly overnight travel assignments. 
    • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail 
    • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to answer telephone calls and communicate information to callers
    • High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment
    • Attendance and punctuality are essential

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Practical knowledge of Dentrix and other dental practice management systems is a plus
    • Experience in the dental field
    • Experience in assisting with conversions
