    As an RSA you will be the Regional Director of Operation’s business partner supporting the doctors within the supported offices.

    To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on the Regional Leadership team reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations.


    Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

    • Act as a communication specialist by being the liaison between field leadership team and Heartland Dental' Support Office
    • Provide supervisory support to the Accounts Receivable Field Representatives, which includes their interviewing, on-boarding, and training.
    • Evaluate and proactively develop a strategic plan to meet regional growth targets in collaboration with the regional recruiters.
    • Monitor the utilization and completion of online blended learning through an internal program called Homeroom which supports the growth and development of all Heartland Dental team members
    • Develop a strong relationship with the field leadership team and support office team members to support a strong, collaborative and inclusive culture
    • Execute company initiatives by having a high level of communication to the leadership team to create alignment for the Company
    • Plan and execute events such as meetings, continuing education classes, and quarterly business dinners.
    • Offer objective insight into business practices to the Regional Director
    • Work on special projects and key strategy initiatives for Operations
    • Embody, embrace and coach Heartland Dental’s mission, vision and core values



    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completion of one of the following: 1) at least 5 years of business management experience 2) associate degree and not less than 3 years of business management experience 3) Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and work well with others, while prioritizing tasks
    • High level of maturity, personal initiative and sound judgement
    • Outstanding relationship building, interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Adequate dedicated space at home or alternate work location to allow and support work-related activities
    • Ability to frequently travel with some overnight stays, typically ranging from 2-5 days a month.

    • Experience in dental office management
