Product Marketing Manager, Invisalign

 

This position is responsible for the development, execution and management of all marketing programs for our Invisalign service line. Invisalign has been a high growth service line for Heartland Dental and it is expected to continue growing significantly. This position will help design the marketing strategy and coordinate across various functions and vendors to execute the strategy and drive growth

 

With more than 1,000 dental offices supported across 37 states, over 10,000 team members and over 1,600 supported doctors in our support, Heartland Dental has a proven track record of growth and success. We’re looking for professional individuals who are open, positive and mentally flexible to join our network of support.

 

This position reports to the Vice President of Service Management.

Responsibilities

 

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:  

  • Develop the strategic plan and identify market opportunities and risks through utilization of internal and external data, subject matter experts, and patient and doctor input.
  • Coordinate and bring together all functions of the business that touch the product together to execute the strategic plan and ensure alignment across these functions.
  • Research, utilize, and benchmark internal and external data to make program decisions such as segmentation, pricing, marketing initiatives, education pathways, etc., to realize the strategic plan.
  • Maintain and manage the relationship with Align’s marketing and sales teams
  • Responsible for all reporting and communication including volumes, margin, pricing, for the Invisalign service line.
  • Create strong internal communication plan that will provide the supported doctors with the benefits of the Align relationship, thus helping them to increase volumes and margins.
  • Manage marketing program budget and report out the financials for the service line.

Qualifications

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, economics, or other related field
  • 3-5 years cross-functional team management experience
  • Experience and success developing and implementing integrated strategic plans with measurable results
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical skills and experience with MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related field or MBA would be considered a plus
  • 5+ years of Product/Program Management or Consulting experience
  • Recent experience in healthcare market
  • Experience with direct response marketing and digital marketing
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory environment in dental promotions, dental industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues would be considered a plus
