    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the IT team to obtain a high level of expertise with their computer systems
    • Troubleshoot and provide resolution to technical issues and incidents
    • Create service tickets and manage ticket queue
    • Provide issue resolution and documentation of calls/incidents
    • Identify recurring issues (problems) for deeper technical analysis

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Experience on a service desk
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written in order to effectively interact with customers, service providers and third party vendors  
    • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
    • Workable knowledge of Footprints (Service Desk system)
    • Knowledge of the Oral Surgery operations a plus

    Education:

    AS degree preferred
