Digital Affiliations Marketing Manager

 

The Digital Affiliations Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic and hands-on marketing that delivers world-class engagement with owner doctors, ultimately inspiring doctors to consider Heartland Dental.  Reporting to the Director of Affiliations Marketing, this marketing leader will play a key role in advancing Heartland Dental’s growth.

 

This professional will be responsible for conceiving, driving and continuously improving world-class marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.  This role will develop and manage scalable lead generation programs that improve engagement, provide end-to-end optimized marketing support, demonstrate strong multi-channel expertise, generate actionable insights from campaign performance data, and flawlessly execute against findings.  This professional has a track record of improving B2B demand generation digital campaigns through multi-touch online and offline channels, including PPC, display, content marketing, SEM, social, email, direct mail, and events. 

 

With more than 1,000 dental offices supported across 37 states, over 10,000 team members and over 1,600 supported doctors in our support, Heartland Dental has a proven track record of growth and success. Responsibilities

This critical role supports B2B marketing and affiliations with key responsibilities and activities including:

  • Assist Director of Affiliations Marketing and marketing team to optimize efficacy of marketing programs and efficiency
  • Employ innovative digital marketing best practices to attract and engage select audiences through the marketing funnel
  • Leverage deep insights from various data sources to build a lead generation system
  • Segment audiences and build campaigns that increase highly qualified marketing leads while decreasing overall acquisition costs through strategic marketing activities
  • Implement dynamic B2B messaging across all touchpoints and channels, both online and offline
  • Continually refine marketing campaigns using marketing automation best practices in real-time, always-on digital marketing
  • Execute against campaign roadmaps, create actionable measurement systems, report on findings, all while focused on continual optimization through each stage of the marketing funnel
  • Build internal algorithm for attribution modeling within current martech stack using scoring tools
  • Mentor marketing strategists on day-to-day lead generation activities that are flawlessly executed and measured at scale
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance world-class marketing

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
  • 7+ years progressive experience in B2B and/or agency experience
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • HubSpot or other CXM certifications
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing and automation concepts
  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and measuring end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Digital native: build campaign roadmaps, create measurement systems, and report on findings through integrated martech
  • Well versed in marketing campaign tracking tools and expert level CRM and/or marketing automation
  • Highly skilled in SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, paid search, paid social, email nurturing, and display
  • Comfortable with large datasets as well as ambiguity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with co-workers to accomplish common tasks

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in agency, B2C, and B2B markets
  • Some commercial or operations experience
